Additionally,  if you obtain an active New York license between February 14, 2024 and July 1, 2024, accept a New York assignment with Fastaff, and complete that assignment, you’ll be eligible to receive an iPad or Apple Watch.*

If you apply for a new nursing state license or renewal in New York __between February 14, 2024 & July 1, 2024__, license application fees up to $200 will be reimbursed.  

Reimbursement and expenses paid includes the application fee, license verification and background check fees. Fastaff will not reimburse for postage or coursework fees.  Qualified applicants will be reimbursed within 4 weeks upon proof of ACTIVE New York licensure.  

### All New York license receipts must be emailed to fastafflicensereimbursement@fastaff.com by Monday, July 1, 2024.

__Verification of licensure__

- Verify all state professional licenses held (including LPN), current and expired using the Nursys license verification system.  
- If you are licensed in a state that does not participate in Nursys, contact the board you are licensed by for proof of verification instructions.

__Official Transcripts_ 

- Official documents must be sent to the Board directly from your nursing school.

Obtaining Your New York Nursing License

__Renewal Application Fee:  $73.00__ 

Renew your NY license online only within 4 months of expiration.

If you are not able to renew online, contact the Office of the Professions to request additional applications and forms to restore your New York license and obtain further instructions.  Fees and required documentation may vary based upon expiration.
