Why do you love working with Fastaff?

The pay is GREAT! Also, there is easy communication with my recruiter, payroll department, and any other departments that I may need.

What do you love about nursing?

Being an instrument to help others dealing with sickness.

What makes travel nursing rewarding for you?

It provides means to work in high-earning positions and potential flexibility with scheduling.

Tell me about a time when you felt more valuable/respected because of the experience and knowledge you gained from your Fastaff assignment.

I am a traveler, but I am always a Charge Nurse running the floor even though they have their own regular employees.

What has been your most challenging Fastaff assignment and how did you feel that impacted your worth as a nurse afterward?

I can’t compare or cite an example since I am currently on my 7th extension.

Describe the most miraculous or impressive thing you’ve witnessed or been a part of during your time as a nurse with Fastaff.

I started the COVID unit and took care of patients during the height of the pandemic.

How have you accomplished some of your personal and professional goals by traveling with Fastaff?

I am currently reviewing for my certification.
