Q: What do you love about recruiting for Fastaff?I love our team here. Everyone is dedicated to providing a great experience for our nurses and the facilities we work with. It is constantly inspiring to see the level of dedication demonstrated by everyone I work with. Everyone here is just willing to put in the hours to get the job done and deliver even in the most challenging of circumstances.

Q: How has working for Fastaff made you a better recruiter?We specialize in rapid response, which really pushes everyone on the team to work efficiently and accurately on a daily basis. There is not much room for error here, promoting a high attention to detail and rapid follow up on all tasks at hand.

Q: What is your favorite part of working with the nurses?The nature of our business really allows us to focus on working with some of the most talented and hardworking nurses in the field. All of the nurses I work with are so dedicated and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and get it done right. I love the level of motivation I see from our nurses as well as the incredibly high standards they all put on their patients care. We are truly fortunate to be working with such high caliber nurses on a daily basis.

Q: Why is Fastaff different than other agencies?We are the ones facilities look to when they need top tier talent, and they need it quickly. We promote ourselves by providing some of the best travelers facilities can hope for. This, in turn, creates an amazing experience for the facilities we work with, as well as the nurses we all have the pleasure of placing in these positions. We continuously strive to exceed the wants and needs of all individuals we work with every day.

Q: What do you do outside of recruiting for Fastaff?Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, exploring many of the beautiful trails in the mountains here in Colorado, fishing, and spending time with loved ones.

Q: What is one thing people may not know about you?I come from a family of inventors. The most notable invention coming from my great grandfather, who created the automatic transmission.
