Travel RN Jobs

Registered nurses (RNs) have a heart for helping people while navigating the ever-changing work environment of today's healthcare networks. If these aspects of being a nurse excite you, then travel nursing may be a perfect fit for you. Trustaff offers hundreds of nursing employment opportunities in various specialties across all 50 states.

Travel Registered Nurse Qualifications

Becoming a travel nurse straight out of school can be challenging, as learning the duties of an RN can take some time. This is why we ask that you have at least one to two years of nursing experience before adding multiple locations to the mix — we want you to feel comfortable and confident in what you do, and we are rooting for you every step of the way. Trustaff also requires our travel RNs to have an active license or accreditation in one of the 50 U.S. states, usually where you went to school or primarily live. Throughout your job assignments, you may need to acquire additional licensure in new states and, as long as you are willing to do so, we will help you when the time comes.

Travel Registered Nurse Salary

A good nurse is always in high demand in hospitals everywhere. Because of the versatility of the RN title, you can decide on a specific specialty or float to different units. With that said, your travel RN salary can vary depending on your declared specialty, education, experience and facility location — in other words, it all comes down to what you want to do and where you want to go.
