CRNA Qualifications

CRNA Duties and Responsibilities

At its core, travel CRNA jobs involve administering the correct amounts of anesthesia to patients undergoing various procedures. More specifically, these nurses will:

  • Develop and administer an effective anesthetic plan

  • Help prep the patient and provide education before the procedure

  • Regulate the patient's airway and respiratory status during the procedure

  • Monitor the patient's vitals and record their progress with anesthesia following the procedure

  • Set up operating rooms, equipment, supplies and necessary gases

  • Stay informed on the newest anesthesia advancements and techniques
