Approximately 2 weeks upon receipt of all required docs - valid for 60 days. Must not have any prior convictions OR disciplinary actions.
A temp license is issued pending receipt of either the results of the CBC or official transcripts. Must have graduated within the previous 2 years or practiced a minimum of 500 hours within the previous 5 years.

*Temporary permits are issued while other required docs are in process of receiving a permanent license. Additional necessary steps to receive a permanent license MUST also be initiated.
All licenses expire on October 31st of each even-numbered year.
Expired more than 2 years - must provide verification of active licensure in another state.
