New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) – Newark, NJLocated in the heart of Newark since its opening in 1997, the NJPAC is also considered to be the heart of the New Jersey performing arts scene, hosting more than seven million visitors. Besides regularly hosting the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, NJPAC has had appearances by famous acts such as Bob Dylan, Sting, Jerry Seinfeld and many others.

Ironbound District – Newark, NJIf you’re in the mood for various ethnic foods and culture, the Ironbound District if for you. Littered with more than 170 different types of restaurants with predominantly authentic Portuguese, Spanish and Brazilian fair, there’s no doubt you will be able to find something that suits your taste. After you’re done eating, enjoy the music scene or perhaps take in a Major League Soccer match at Red Bull Arena.

Minor League Baseball – Various LocationsAt the heart of summertime fun in Northern New Jersey, besides the boardwalks, is minor league baseball. Three teams, the Newark Bears, New Jersey Jackals and Somerset Patriots are all fairly close drives if your facility is located in the tri-state area and provide a fun atmosphere for a much cheaper price than going across the river to see the Yankees or Mets.
