Why do you love working with Fastaff?

Great hospital network with attractive contracts. Courteous staff motivated to help me succeed. Tremendous amount of flexibility with housing and accommodations. Not the first agency I’ve traveled with, but definitely the last! Extremely satisfied!

What do you love about nursing?

The opportunity to help people as well as helping myself and my family. Surgery is the best job in the world for me.

What makes travel nursing rewarding for you?

The ability to provide more for my family.

Tell me about a time when you felt more valuable/respected because of the experience and knowledge you gained from your Fastaff assignment.

Very first assignment becoming a desired person on the ortho chief’s team. Fastaff placed me with what has become my most favorite hospital.

What has been your most challenging Fastaff assignment and how did you feel that impacted your worth as a nurse afterward?

There is always a challenge which is part of the excitement. Impact is connecting with the tam and becoming a desired member of that team. When I look forward to working with people and in turn have them excited to work with me, it makes the day extremely rewarding and fun. I feel immensely fortunate for all of the hospitals Fastaff has made me a part of.

Describe the most miraculous or impressive thing you’ve witnessed or been a part of during your time as a nurse with Fastaff.

While unbelievably unfortunate, the most impressive event was the Signature Health Brockton MA fire that resulted in the transportation of all patients to other facilities. Everyone assumed a role. The high level of organization especially with the critical patients was phenomenal to witness. The collaboration of fire departments, EMS and transport form multiple counties was truly above and beyond.

How have you accomplished some of your personal and professional goals by traveling with Fastaff?

Every single assignment, every single day, I’m fortunate to be among a family with the same goals I have. Together we achieve them.
