What do you love about nursing?

What I love about nursing is the people, patients, co-workers, and learning new innovative things about nursing.

What makes travel nursing rewarding for you?

The thing that makes travel nursing rewarding to me is the fact that I’ve helped people in many different states.

Tell me about a time when you felt more valuable/respected because of the experience and knowledge you gained from your Fastaff assignment.

The time I felt most valuable is actually a few days ago. My patient asked could he pray with and for me. Thank God. Prayer works for me.

What has been your most challenging Fastaff assignment and how did you feel that impacted your worth as a nurse afterward?

Most challenging assignment would definitely be during the pandemic. It impacted me in that even though it was tough times, I was still able to help.

Describe the most miraculous or impressive thing you’ve witnessed or been a part of during your time as a nurse with Fastaff.

Most impressive thing to me is just seeing how nursing has evolved over the years with new inventions, devices, and electronic technology.

How have you accomplished some of your personal and professional goals by traveling with Fastaff?

I’ve accomplished my goals by praying to God every day and having an open mind by being willing to learn new things as I travel with Fastaff.
