Why do you love working with Fastaff? 

I love working. Fastaff allows me to combine two things I love the most: traveling and nursing at the industry's top travel nurse pay. The recruiters are friendly, accurate, helpful and detailed. Fastaff provides many opportunities with both premier and magnet status hospitals. I have worked with several travel agencies and Fastaff makes me feel like I am appreciated for all the hard work that comes along with the challenges of nursing.

What do you love about nursing?

I love that this career allows me to focus on my passion, which is helping patients heal in a time of need. I love educating not only patients, but family as well to reach an optimal level of health.

What makes travel nursing rewarding for you?

Traveling allows me to travel and see the world, while doing what I love.

Tell me about a time where you felt more valuable/respected because of the experience and knowledge you gained from your Fastaff assignment.

I felt valued and respected when Fastaff offered overtime for the entire Christmas week to show how appreciated we are for making the sacrifice of being away on Christmas.  

What has been your most challenging Fastaff assignment and how did you feel that impacted your worth as a nurse afterwards?

This is my first assignment with Fastaff and the patient load is heavier than expected, but due to my experiences, I have received recognition directly from the hospital and was awarded Employee of the Month for December 2017. It made me feel good to know hard work was appreciated.

Describe the most miraculous or impressive thing you’ve witnessed or been a part of during your time as a nurse with Fastaff.

Fastaff responds quickly when there is a time of need and always available even when life emergencies come to play.

How have you accomplished some of your personal and professional goals by traveling with Fastaff?

I have been able to travel with freedom and have exposure in elite and prestige hospitals, allowing me to enhance my clinical skills and promote professional growth.
