Travel nurses step into unfamiliar environments. How do you adapt while delivering exceptional care?

Years of experience has thought me different ways to see people from their point of view and knowing each hospital has their own culture especially when it comes to patient care has helped transition easily.

What’s one of the biggest challenges you’ve faced as a travel nurse, and how did you navigate it?

When staff blandly say your are paid enough to get the challenging cases on the unit. To me every patient needs a nurse and needs to be taken care despite their circumstances. This is my goal going to work every shift.

What would you say to a nurse considering Fastaff but unsure about rapid response travel?
