Mr. Khilnani will lead the business development efforts of both Fastaff, LLC and U.S. Nursing Corp. as the two entities continue to experience year-over-year, double-digit growth within the healthcare staffing industry.

Before joining Randstad Professionals, Avi Khilnani held executive positions at Sirius Solutions, Yoh, and KForce. He holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communication and business administration from California State University, and will be relocating to Denver with his wife and three children.
