Cardiac Cath Lab / Electrophysiology Travel Registered Nurse Jobs
We are seeking experienced and self-motivated cardiac electrophysiology lab travel registered nurses to join our growing team of registered nursing professionals.
Cardiac Cath Lab EP RN Qualifications:
- Active RN license in specified state
- RN degree from an accredited registered nurse program
- BLS and ACLS required
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a cardiac electrophysiology lab environment and two years of RN experience
Cardiac Cath Lab EP Registered Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the physician with cardiac catheterization
- Assist in sedation and assessing vital signs during the procedure
- Assist radiologists with paracentesis and thoracentesis procedures
- Assist physician with treatments that include arrhythmia ablations and medications, and implantable devices such as pacemakers and cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs)
- Assist with pre-procedure workup, clinical support, conscious sedation support, telephone triage, and coordination care services
