Every Wednesday at 12pm MST, take an hour to reinvigorate the mind, body and soul. Click below to access the Zoom session five minutes prior to class to join the flow.
Join us for a Vinyasa flow yoga class that incorporates breath work with yoga poses. This style is designed to relieve stress, build strength and increase flexibility. Modifications and challenges are offered to personalize the class for any level of student.
JoAnna discovered yoga eighteen years ago as a way of caring for her body while training for triathlons. She was immediately hooked and has maintained a regular practice.
In 2013, JoAnna became a certified yoga instructor through YogaFit. More recently she has completed an Alignment Yoga Sculpt training.
