FASTAFF’s flexible pay options allow you to maximize your earning potential, meet your financial goals and choose the pay and benefits that are right for you!

Flexible pay options offer you the ability to design your own pay rate based on your individual needs. Choose from a variety of options and watch how your pay rate flexes!

• Travel Reimbursement Options – Nurses can opt to have FASTAFF take care of their travel arrangements at no extra cost or provide their own transportation and receive full travel reimbursement at the end of their assignment, a weekly stipend or increased hourly pay rate.
• Housing Options – Nurses can either stay in FASTAFF accommodations at no extra cost or provide their own housing to receive a weekly stipend or increased hourly pay rate.
• Loyalty Bonus Options – Nurses can opt to participate in the traditional loyalty bonus program and earn loyalty bonuses every 8 weeks or flex their bonuses to receive a weekly stipend or increased hourly pay rate.
• Benefits Enrollment Options – There are two levels of benefits, standard and premier, that begin Day 1. 
• Rental Car /Local Transportation Options – Nurses can opt to receive a weekly pre-taxed stipend to be used for a rental car or other local transportation.
