• $1,000 for the following position: ICU.
• $500 unlimited referral bonus for all other positions.

How do I qualify for the Loyalty Bonus?
Any nurse currently working with FASTAFF will automatically be enrolled in the Loyalty Bonus Program. You will be eligible to receive your first bonus upon completing a minimum of eight weeks and completing your assignment per your Assignment Agreement Letter (AAL).

What is the definition of a successfully completed assignment?
Nurses who commit to an assignment must fully complete the assignment per their AAL for the weeks worked to count toward their loyalty bonus. If a nurse leaves an assignment early, the assignment is not considered successfully completed.

What if I qualify for a bonus midway through my assignment?
Bonuses will only be paid upon successfully completing an assignment or after extending at an assignment. If you have worked 16 weeks but you are in the middle of your assignment, you will not receive your 16-week bonus until you successfully complete your assignment (as stated in your AAL). Only completed assignments and extensions will trigger bonus payments.

How soon will I get paid my bonus once I achieve a bonus level?
In most cases, bonuses will be paid within two weeks of assignment completion or assignment extension. However, based on the assignment end date, there may be times it may take up to three weeks to receive.

How do I know where I stand with the Loyalty Bonus Program?
You may contact your Placement Specialist to find out how many completed weeks you have or you may log onto FASTAFF’s Nurse Portal area (located on the Web site) to view this information.
