"In 1996 I graduated as an RN in a late-life career change after spending years in business.  I began my nursing career in Rochester, New York during a time when the healthcare system was undergoing changes.  Hospitals were merging and hiring/transfers were under freezes.
I had resigned from my first staff nursing position at this time and put in a transfer to another facility but with the mergers and hiring freezes I soon found myself out of a job.

Around this time I read an ad in a local paper – “Nurses Earn $5,000/Week!”  In my staff nursing position I was a poverty level wage compared to what I had made in my previous business career and I was ready to get out of nursing.  I felt I had much more responsibility for so much less money.  With this on my mind, I called the number on the ad and within the week was on my way to my first assignment with FASTAFF.

From that first assignment, I came home with enough money to buy a well deserved, good condition used car and from that time on have worked for FASTAFF as a travel nurse.

I know that I can never go back to being a staff nurse because being a traveler has more freedom and benefits.  Traveling has sent me to different parts of the country and I’ve had many different experiences.

Traveling also pays more!  FASTAFF pays a yearly $10,000 loyalty bonus.  I have heard of many hospitals that offer large sign-on bonuses but they take years to pay, while FASTAFF’s bonuses are paid every 8-weeks.

What else have I done since I’ve been traveling with FASTAFF?  I have paid off a mortgage and made some home improvements.  I’ve paid cash for cars and taken many family vacations.  I was able to assist both of my daughters financially while they were in college.  But best of all, I have had time off to enjoy my family.

I've worked for FASTAFF for approximately 10 years and this has been my entire nursing career. Rick has been my recruiter the entire time.  And one more thing - I have made over $100,000 every year I have worked for FASTAFF, so I believe I have grossed around a million dollars in my time with FASTAFF!

Thank you FASTAFF for the experiences and memories!"

That's why I travel with FASTAFF!
