Referral bonus specifications include:

• $3,000 for the following positions: NICU, PICU, LDRP, and L&D.

• $2,000 for these positions only: CVICU, CVOR, OR, and Cath Lab.

• $1,500 for the following positions: Endo, Dialysis, Chemo Certified, and ER.

• $1,000 for the following position: ICU.

• $500 unlimited referral bonus for all other positions.
