Kathleen brings over 25 years of strategic sales and management experience in the staffing and healthcare industry.  Kathleen’s healthcare experience includes serving as Area Vice President for new market development for the largest home healthcare company in North America developing new markets for Home Health, DME and Hospice.   
As Director of Client Relations, Kathleen works with clients from start to finish ensuring all staffing needs are met. She is highly skilled in working with hospitals to develop staffing solutions that fit the unique needs of each individual client.

Kathy majored in Business Administration and Human Resource Management at Eastern Tennessee University.
