CAL CRITCHFIELD, Regional Director of Client Relations Cal possesses over 5 years of sales, marketing and management experience, primarily within the healthcare staffing sector. This experience allows Cal to be uniquely qualified to understand both the facility and healthcare professional needs in providing the best staffing solution to his clients. His previous positions included Senior Healthcare Recruiter and Account Manager. As a Director of Client Relations, Cal partners with clients to understand their specific needs and ensures all aspects of the staffing process, from recruitment to placement, are successfully implemented. Cal received his BS in Accounting from Colorado State University in Pueblo, Colorado. MICHELLE GARON, Regional Director of Client Relations Michelle’s healthcare staffing experience includes 9 years in sales, marketing, business development and operations. Her extensive knowledge in internal and external operations and management gives her an acute understanding of today's staffing needs and how to provide the best solutions and resources to meet her client’s needs. Michelle prides herself on exceptional relationship building skills in order to better understand her client’s specific expectations and to ensure that all aspects of the staffing process are successfully implemented.
